SNOWMAN NOW HAS A NAME

A common question from students at author visits is, “Does your snowman character have a name?” When I tell them the snowman’s name is Snowman, they are quite unimpressed. They say, “You need to come up with a better name.” Which is exactly what I’ve done.

I have decided to call him…

Dodge Masnomes

I chose Dodge because in his debut book he declares that he can dodge any snowball thrown his way.

I chose Masnomes because the snowman thinks he’s the best thrower in the world. And since the actual best thrower in the world is the quarterback, Patrick Mahomes (Go Chiefs!), Masnomes is a perfect fit.

(Now maybe I’ll try to convince my wife that I need to buy a Mahomes jersey… you know… research. 😉 )
